CZM EK200USM Drilling Rig

Base:

The EK200USM is powered by the new Cat 340 Next Gen with a fuel-efficient Tier 4 Final C3.3 ACERT engine. It comes equipped with CAT Vision Link, allowing for online management monitoring of machine operations and maintenance data.

Undercarriage:

The machine features a Caterpillar variable undercarriage VH4600/4450/720, with a reinforced frame and telescopic variable undercarriage for stability and adaptability.

Mast:

The mast is reinforced with high resistance steel Weldox 700, ensuring durability and strength for demanding foundation work.

Main Winch:

The main winch boasts a special groove design for improved cable winding and longevity. It includes a press-roller and two gears to balance high speed and high pulling force. The winch features automatic gear shifting for efficient operation and high production, as well as an automatic down-the-hole winch stop. During crowd operations, the winch operates freely, supported by both hydraulic and mechanical brakes. Pulling force is hydraulically measured and displayed in the cabin for the operator’s convenience.

Rotary:

The rotary’s robust design includes two slewing bearings, a sturdy pinion, and main gear. It is equipped with two groups of Hydraulic Motor / Planetary Gears for exceptional torque and extended service life. The anti-cavitation, anti-shock, and cooling systems ensure the hydraulic motors’ longevity. With a power-shift function for high spin-off speed (120rpm) and three operational speeds and spinoff speeds, the rotary is optimized for high torque and high speeds. Automatic gear shifting ensures seamless operation, and the exchangeable keys are bolted for easy maintenance. Torque is hydraulically measured and displayed in the cabin for the operator.

Cab:

The operator’s cab is designed for comfort and safety, featuring an AM/FM Radio, air conditioning, heating, and ROPS cab with top protection. An LCD monitor provides access to the engine and hydraulics computer, complete with a diagnostic system. The CZM Canbus System for Drilling Monitoring includes auto functions to enhance drilling operations.
